Kuwait – Mubasher: Sokouk Holding reported a 3.7% rise year-on-year in its losses during the second quarter of 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Losses reached KWD 1.12 million ($3.7 million) in Q2-16, compared to KWD 1.08 million in Q2-15.
The company’s losses widened to KWD 1.77 million in H1-16, a rise of 296% from KWD 447,000 in H1-15.
Higher losses are mainly attributed to a rise in losses incurred by the company’s associates.
